just came home from church camp yesterday. it was so fun! ok ok. the details.
saturday

arrived in church and went to take attendence at number 69(his name is xavier but he wore a number 69 shirt so we all called him number 69) discovered that im in the same grp as limmie!!! but charlotte and the rest are all in different grps. at least ying shan and charlotte were in the same grp. anyway, we boarded the bus and left after waiting in the church canteen for abt 1 hr which is way to long for my paitience.
so we arrived at the camp site after abt 1 hr on the road. the place was like surrounded with graveyards. scary... anyway, when i saw the place, i was like: omg. this is the place we are going to have to put up with for 2 days?!?! i thought i would die on the first day. i just dragged myself in with limmie. we sat down in the mph(no idea what that stands for but its sort of like a shelter) and waited for an eternity for the other grps to arrive. as you can see, im a very impatient person.

then we went for lunch which was like digusting. basically the food there was disgusting. period.
the girls were to sleep in dorms that are so dusty you could suspect that nobody went in for the past 100 years or so. the dorm is basically a huge room with connected double decker beds.so its like a stretch of wooden plank with 2 layers. imagine how horrible. we are supposed to put our sleeping bag on the plank and sleep. charlotte and i shared the sleeping bag. her stupid sleeping bag wouldn't open so she put hers under mine and our "bed" was quite comfy. leanne was so jealous. muahahahaha... anyway, we did this rope thing that was rather fun. we are supposed to walk on this rope and we have this other rope to hold on to balance. it was quite fun. that stupid nicholas want to act smart and volunteered to go first. and guesswhat? he fell after barely walking half the rope. and the little miss me beat him! hahaha! in your face nicholas!

then we had this team building thing that we have to do. it was fun. we had to flip this sheet over without stepping off the sheet. and there were like 20 of us?!?! we finally flipped it over after like 5-7 tries. yeah us.

there was also praise and worship which was so fun lah! charlotte, ys, kellie, olivia, sharon and me were all like jumping and jumping lor!

oh. this is really scary... charlotte and i went to the dorm to take toilet paper to go pee. i opened the dorm door and switched on the light. a rat about 15cm(that's just the body. the tail is just as long) suddenly ran down from the upper deck and rushed out the window. i screamed at the top of my voice! charlotte saw it too. omg. it was so gross and scary.

then we had this campfire at night. it was so fun lor! at least it was a real campfire unlike the one in school were they used tea candles and the floor still caught fire. amazing. the campfire was fun lar. and then we went to sleep.

Sunday
had to wake up at 7 in the morning! 7! on a sunday! uh.

had breakfast. as usual, gross. uh.

we did rock climbing. was cool lah.

and then we went to this "milo pond". the only reason why it's called milo pond is because it looks just like milo. it was so brown and unclean. urgh... i shiver just thinking about it. leanne cut her knee really badly when doing the challenge ropes. man! her knee bled so badly the blood stained her shoes. poor leanne. i'll pray for you.

after that we packed up and went for more praise and worship. charlotte and olivia were spoil spots. they just sat there and slept. idiots. other than that, the whole thing was super fun. i just hope next year's camp's food is going to be much much better...
